On 14th Jan., 2021 LAISON Annual Ceremony was successfully held in Hangzhou.

In this ceremony, Clark DAI, Deputy General Manager, was invited to deliver a "Set sail on a long voyage,to break the winds and get through the waves" speech firstly. During this speech, Manager DAI pointed out that 2021 is full of challenge and opportunities for international operating companies like LASION. In 2021, LAISON achieved the goal of covering more than 32 countries, and has been promoted by official media in many countries through focusing on main clients, expanding the model market, introducing new products, exploring new business model and constructing overseas factories.

Furthermore, Raymond ZHENG, Manager Director, presented a speech on the subject of “expanding the capability boundaries to achieve leapfrog development”. He proposed that under such a severe external condition, LAISON still adhered to the long-term philosophy through increasing investment in research and development to ensure the product update as well as meet more requirements from clients. Apart from that, LAISON strengthened professional skills in terms of operating, researching, testing and quality, and increased the efficiency of organizational operation via digital tools, which further implemented globalization standards Workshop strategy. What’s more, the Smart Water SaaS management platform was released, which accelerated the pace of LAISON’s upgrade to a digital billing solution provider.

This Annual Ceremony also reviewed some of the meaningful events of 2021. On top of that New contracts signed in 2021 hit a record high, LAISON successfully passed the national high-tech enterprise review and awarded with Hangzhou West Lake District Gazelle Enterprise, Hangzhou Patent Demonstration Enterprise, and Zhejiang Province "specialized, special and new" small and medium-sized enterprises, etc,. Director ZHENG also showed great confidence to break the sale record in 2022 with the improvement of organizational capabilities and more mature capabilities of products, channels, brands and supply.

As for how to implement 2022 annual business goal, representatives from sales department, meter R&D department, and system R&D department conducted a discussion about goal decomposition plan and implementation measures via various forms such as task signing ceremonies and open forums. Moreover, those outstanding individuals and teams in 2021 were awarded in this ceremony, which affirmed their achievements in the past year.
