If meter's valve do not open/close normally, there are mainly three possible reasons:
1) Valve stuck, please try to use the Infrared / RF Wireless Com. tool provided by LAISON to manually operate the valve to see whether it works or not.
2) The cable between Meter' Valve and Motor is broken, which requires re-welding
3) The Electronic Module of the valve operation part is not working, please replace the Electronic Module 

EC01 and EC02 means Low Battery, please replace the battery in meter
Note: please use the Battery provided by us

E529 means Magnetic Interference, please check whether there are any magnetic interference around the meter
1) if yes, please remove the magetic interference and use Token 12 through CIU or IR Pad to open the meter valve
2) if no magnetic interference around, then it's mostly because the Electronic Module Part is not normal, please replace the Electronic Module

EC43 means Meter Cover Open Detect, please confirm whether the meter's cover is opened or not
1) if yes, please put the meter's cover back and use token 12 through CIU or IR Pad to open the meter's valve again
2) if not, then it is mostly because the electronic module is not working normal, please replace the electronic module 

EC30&EC40 means FLASH Error, please do as following solutions
1) solution 1: please initialize the meter and do meter configuration again by the Tool software provided by LAISON
2) solution 2: please replace the Electronic Module
