Between 12th and 17th December, 2021, LAISON branch in Nigeria was invited to attend the 28th Regular Meeting of the National Council on Water Resources in Nigeria. In this meeting, Honorable Minister of Water Resources, Engr Suleiman Adamu, FNSE visited our booth and inquired about the use situation of LAISON Smart Water meter in Nigeria. Mr. Igwe, the manager of LAISON branch in Nigeria, also introduced our basic functions of prepaid smart water meter solutions to Minister, such as supporting STS prepaid/postpaid working mode, Remote Meter Recharge, Automatic Data Collection, Remote Value Control and Leakage Detection, daily automatic meter data upload, etc., which gained the resonance from Minister, and said that he used to be a water engineer. Moreover, LAISON Standpipe Water Meter solution gained the favor of many water companies in this exhibition. Currently, LAISON Smart Water Meter has been put into use in many water companies in Nigeria, such as FCT WB, Ekiti Water, Ogun, etc,. Through promotion of this exhibition, more and more water companies know LAISON brand, and also show their interest to the smart water meter and E-payment solutions provided by LAISON.
