On 10th Oct., 2019, LAISON and Oromia Water and Energy Resource Development Bureau signed the Memorandum of Understanding successfully. The pilot project of prepaid AMR/AMI Smart Water Meters & System will be gradually implemented in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, which will help OWERDB improve working efficiency.
